Bedroom is our relaxing and sleeping place. Bedrooms are normally classified as kid bedroom, teen bedroom and master bedroom, depending upon the age of the user. Home buildings often contain a separate room called guest bedroom. Guest bedroom is usually located at the ground floor of a home. Guest bedroom’s location on ground floor gives separate access to room and the entire house stays away from disturbance. Guest bedrooms located at ground floors are also used as an income source by giving the room on rent. This practice is common in crowded areas.
The most important aspect of guest bedrooms is its sanitation. A guest usually spends a limited span of time in guest bedroom, so guest bedrooms should be cleaned regularly and thoroughly. An ideal guest bedroom should possess air ventilation system and good natural lighting. It should also contain a window through which one can view the surroundings. Guest bedroom should also contain an attached toilet room. Bedroom furniture is also necessary for guest bedrooms. Modern and contemporary bedroom furniture gives a stylish and attractive look to the guest bedroom. For the designing and decoration of bedroom, one has to be a little creative.
Light colors should be used instead of dark ones for the guest bedrooms. Guest beds are available from the market in different types and shapes. For example, divan guest bed, guest air beds and folding guest beds. Divan is basically a long backless sofa with pillows against a wall. Divan beds are special types of beds with new fashions and innovative designs. It contains drawers and its height from the floor is more than ordinary beds. Air beds are portable type of beds in which air is filled in the mattress. Air bed frame usually contains several legs to ensure durability. Folding beds are also portable type of beds, in which bed frame possesses the capability of folding, which is the best for saving space. These beds are usually used for camping.
